This push-up board and bar set is excellent quality and very easy to use. The colour-coded positions make it simple to target different muscle groups, and the handles are comfortable with a solid, stable grip. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to store, making it perfect for home workouts. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my upper body strength and workout variety since using it. Started properly working out last year and always had trouble with push ups. This board makes it so much easier. I can feel each of the different muscles being targeted. The colours make it easy to know which holes the handles need to go in and they are simple to swap around.
